After following up with HP technical team over 1 month , i have again received a new HP battery today which shows 6 cell battery in the cover. However after doing a advanced battery test i found the details to be same . Even the new one has Cell Voltage 4 showing 0 mV. Can you please have a look at the new advanced battery details and let me know if there is a noticeable difference .
