I recently bouth a ProBook 450 G1 (with descreet graphics) and was dissapoited when i opened the box. At first i notised thet there where a lot of tapes on the box. the original tape was broken and replaced with some other tape. i assumed it was for checking the state of the notebook, but i noticed that there was a big gap in the box so i assumed that laptop bag was missing. I know that it comes standard with every HP probook, but not with mine. I countinued with unboxing and i notices that the seal with the hp logo was broken before they sold me the computer. My notebook did not come with a pre installed version of windows so i decided to install it my self. After the instalation i culdent find a driver CD whitch shuld come standard with every laptop. Then i notices a sort of ashisev material around the HP logo at the botom of the screen.
Can anyone please tell me whre can i complaint about this at HP becouse there is no official HP contact in my country and yhe distributer just says "no comment".
PS: I live in Macedonia
