Dear Hp,

I'm pumped up this time to screw one of your authorised service centres in Astrid magna (new Delhi) named as M/s Shiva solutions. my model is Hp pavilion DVD-4 Core i3, it's mother board was crashed and it was been taken for servicing on 22-01-2012 and was deal'd to be back by 24th evening.  they where back on 31-01-2012 and my pc was having configurational problems, visual, exhaust fan and an overall vibration which wasn't there previously. i have been invoiced an amount of rs- 15075/- including servicing. Hereby i thought to inform the authority(hp) to rethink of their delegation of dealership!! If I'm not supposed to get a good qualities support from your side or even an apology oweing mail, i'l be confronting this issue with my own ways.
