I can no longer update it, and by now, I'm sure it's overdue.
I'm using an old, Plantronics Savi W730. Did Poly (and subsequently HP) replace Hub with something that will still support my hardware?

Hello, @jrhender, and welcome to the HP Poly community.
I am sorry to hear that you are facing issues with the Poly Savi W730.
You can install the Poly Lens application from the link provided below and check it out, as it is our latest application with the latest features. However, as the Savi W730 is a very old headset, there are no new firmware updates. We will keep you posted if there are any new updates.

Yes, that helped.
I'm sorry they've phased out that model/type of headset. I much preferred it over the "over-the-head" and "on the ear" models.
I've used Plantronics headsets for over 40 years and have always been happy with them
Thank you!
