I have CS540 headphones connected to a PC via an APU76 cable.
The headset disconnects after 3 seconds while I'm talking.
What should I set to prevent the headphones from disconnecting automatically?

I connected the apu-76 to the PC and I use the MAX-UC application, it is a virtual telephone, however I also have the problem when I use videoconferencing programs.

Please verify whether your headset is disconnecting from the base or directly from the PC. If it’s disconnecting from the base, follow the steps below for a manual subscription:

 

Manual Over-the-Air Subscription:

1. Ensure your system is idle and the headset is undocked. Press and hold the subscription button on the base for three seconds. The Power on/subscription light will flash white.

2. Press and hold the volume up button on the headset for three seconds until the headset LED turns solid white. When the Power on/subscription LED on the base becomes solid white, the headset and base are successfully subscribed.

 

Note:  
If the subscription process times out after two minutes or fails, the subscription LED on the base will go dark for three seconds and then re-illuminate steadily, indicating power is applied to the base. If this happens, please try re-subscribing the headset.

Additionally, please install the Poly Lens application to verify and update the firmware of the APU-76 on your PC.
