I have a Poly 7320 Office Wireless Headset and Docking station. I have played around with and looked over all the settings and options for adjusting volume and notifications and I can't figure out what the problem is. My volume will randomly turn up or down without me doing anything and it constantly mutes and unmutes itself or the headset stops working and I have to open my sound settings and click on the volume control to get the sound to come back to the speakers in my headset even though the speakers on my laptop are completely disabled so the only output and input device is set to my headset. I can't figure out why it is having these issues or how to correct it.

Hello Poly_G-7, welcome to the HP Poly community.
I am sorry to hear that you are facing this issue with the Poly Savi 7320 Office.
Could you please follow a few troubleshooting steps mentioned below and let us know if the issue persists?
1. Could you please try it with a different mobile phone or a PC or a different desk phone?
2. Could you please connect the headset to the PC and check for any firmware updates and update them if there are any?
3. Could you please restore the headset settings to default on the Poly Lens application by connecting the headset to the PC? Once done please switch off and switch on the headset again to save the changes made.
4. Could you please let us know the desk phone you are using with the headset?

Regards,
Meghana
