Hello! I have the need of getting my Savi W720 headset to works reliably with my ShoreTel 480g phone.
I have gotten it to communicate, well be heard by using the APD-80 hookswitch cord. It will only work for a call if i initiate the call on the phone, and it does not end a call.
I cannot seem to find much, but the RD-1 Pod Ring Detector seems like it may allow me to answer a call with the headset.
Anyone have experience with this? Sad to see HP has these products now.

Hi @DankWeb1926, Welcome to Poly HP Support Community.
Kindly follow the below steps and test the headset.
Kindly make sure the headset base setting is the same.
Configuration switch: A
Speaking Volume: 3
Listening Volume: 2
Kindly verify the headset is properly subscribed. As per the user guide, you will see a fine light indication that will show the headset subscription status. Below is the link for the user guide.

Kindly verify the firmware of the headset and update it using the Plantronics Hub application.
