Hello. I have Poly 8200 series headset. I updated the firmware through Plantronics Hub, as guided by a Poly support rep, and the update broke the headset. The bluetooth button stopped working, will not go into pairing mode, etc. It does nothing. I contacted Poly but they canceled my cases and will not respond. I need this for work and am unsure how to fix. Any help is appreciated.

As you said that the headset broke due to a firmware update, I would request that you contact HP Support, and our support engineers should be able to sort this out by downgrading the firmware. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link: https://www.hp.com/contacthp/
