Hi @ATCisco, Welcome to Poly HP Support Community.
I’m sorry to hear about the issue you’re experiencing with the Poly CS540 headset. I understand how important it is for your device to function properly. To help resolve the problem, I recommend following these troubleshooting steps:
1. Test with a Different Desk Phone: Please try using the headset with a different desk phone to see if the issue persists.
2. Check Do Not Disturb Settings: Ensure that the Do Not Disturb feature is not activated on your Cisco phone, as this can cause all incoming calls to go directly to voicemail.
3. Test Without the Headset: Try making and receiving calls without the headset to determine if the problem lies with the headset itself.
4. Factory Reset: If the above steps do not resolve the issue, consider performing a factory reset on the Cisco phone (please ensure that you back up any necessary settings beforehand).
If the issue still persists, I would request you contact our HP Support, and our Support Engineers should be able to sort this out. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link.
