Hello,

I would like to ask whether HP Poly provides an SDK or API for Savi 8400 and Savi 7400 headsets that allows third-party applications to receive headset information such as:

  • call answer / end button events,

  • mute / unmute events,

  • headset battery level or battery status.

Previously, similar functionality was available through the Plantronics SDK and Plantronics Hub. We are looking for the current equivalent solution for HP Poly devices.

The purpose is integration with our company’s desktop application (Windows 10/11).

Could you please advise if such an API/SDK exists and where documentation or access details can be found?
