Product: Designjet T520

В плоттерах типа Т120/520 часто выходит из строя (лопается) шестерня

привода отрезного ножа. Как её можно заказать? Изготавливать

поштучно никто не хочет. Заказ из Китая идет очень долго. Можно

как-то нагнуть HP, чтобы они обеспечили запчастями свою 

продукцию? Людям нужна работа, а не трата

времени на

поиск запчастей.

HP Designjet T120/520 plotters often have a cutter blade drive pinion that fails (bursts). This part does not have a part number. How can I order it? No one wants to make it by the piece. It takes a very long time to order from China. Is there any way to get HP to provide spare parts for their products? People need jobs, not wasting time looking for parts.

HP only sells as a complete cutter assembly. You can likely get it faster through Amazon.

Why should I pay 10 times as much for a whole assembly if that pinion is going to break in a year anyway?
Shipping from Amazon is no faster than from China. My point is that HP's design error should have a quick fix.
