DesignJet T1300

The plotter constantly swears at the printheads. Relatives, not relatives, old, new. Asks to replace and after some time after replacement asks again to change it. The last time it was swearing at a brand new, official, unexpired printhead that printed less than 20ml of ink. This is no good! What can be done? Buying a new printhead every time is expensive and time-consuming.

Have you read my message at all or were you just proceed from a problem with the printheads? Replacing them doesn't help. In fact, I have to replace them at times more often than ink cartridges, but it should be the other way around. So the problem must be something else.

Hi@master-2021,

If the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.

This is just an "excellent" solution! To fix a plotter, I just have to buy a plotter that costs more than I make in a year. Is everyone in your company so "smart"? Although, judging by the quality of the firmware - everyone.
