HP Design Jet Z9 44" V Trimmer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Our H trimmer stopped working but was still printing. Then I received this error code: 0065-0006-0060 labelled 'Severe'

Any ideas?

This error indicates a problem with the Scan Axis motor and you will need to run diagnostics and visually examine the paper path for any blockage or jams. If it was not cutting it is possible that the cutter is jammed and causing excess friction when the head moves.
