Received error 02.1:10 when replacing print head.

1 severe 02.1:10 271589377 MRY_06_00_06.1 2128.407227 HciIdeafix.cpp:713 20230316

Printhead replacement incomplete. Restart it

According to service documentation, this error is most often caused by either a faulty carriage PCA or trailing cable. I would try reinstalling the old print head and if it recognizes and works then you likely received a DOA printhead. If the old printhead refuses to initialize then next step would be to replace the carriage PCA.

I tried to reinstall the old  print head but I got the same error.

I will call HP assistance for parts replacement.
