Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

DesignJet Studio 24 printer => Printing 24X36 works fine but printing 18X24 leaves 6" of blank paper. Even if page setup is rotated to landscape in "page setup" menu, problem persists. My old DesignJet 800 (RIP - you were a great printer...) would automatically flip the page to minimize paper waste. Any help is appreciated. No error messages; No network issues; Basic printing task.

Seems like you are having an issue with the generic printer driver.

Please download and install the right driver.

Thank you for taking your time to reply to my question. I went through HP for entire purchase and install. How can I tell if I have the generic driver? Does it have a different name than the link destination? Name of driver for link you sent...

(HP Design Jet and Page Wide XL PCL3 Driver for Windows).

PCL driver will resolve your issue. Make sure you check printing preferences. I am sharing my video link below on how to check printer preferences.
