Product: HP DesignJet Z2100 44-in Photo Printer
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I have a DesignJet Z2100 plotter dating back to 2013. After upgrading the firmware, I began getting a consistent 79:04 error on paper load. Is there a way to downgrade to a previous firmware?

Down grade should be possible if you can locate the older firmware file.
