what is the error, it is not in the service manual.

When the error starts with 8, it is a firmware error.

 

Control-panel error messages - HP DesignJet T850/950 Printer | HP® Support

 

8XXX-XXXX

Internal FW error. Make sure that the printer firmware version is up to date and restart the printer.
