HP DesignJet T120 24-in Printer

Hi All,

I'm having a problem that has arisen in the last couple of days.

I print A2 drawing on my HP T120 Roll and a standard the print Portrait aligned on the printer even if the page setup is set to landscape. This leaves a large part of the page as waste that I have to trim off. To save paper and cheat the printer I created a page size that is 420 W x 594 H (the opposite of a normal A2 format) and printed it in Portrait mode which worked perfectly until last week. Now, whatever I do I can't seem to get the printer to use the full width of the roll when printing A2. I've tried a hard reset on the printer, messed with setting in the print dialogue etc. etc. but nothing works. I also tried creating a pdf from the drawing file and then sending it to the T120 using the false A2 format, but no joy.
I'm on a Mac OSX Ventura 13.6.9 (which isn't an option in the dialogue above) and am printing from a cad software called Vectorworks.
Any suggestions on fix would be much appreciated as I hate wasting paper and having to trim off the excess myself.
