Not getting direct help from closest Hp Service Center Sysnet Global Technologies, Andheri East! Online support did not solve the issue. Warranty extension rejected online. Need service immediately,

I understand you are not able to print.
Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - 'Carriage Jam' or 'E3' Error Displays. Also, make sure there are no papers jammed inside the printer.
The warranty cannot be extended when you have a hardware issue with the printer.
If the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
