I'm experiencing an issue with the admin lock on my DesignJet printer. I have performed the hard reset but am unable to connect to the network wirelessly. There is an admin lock on several functions. Any suggestions?

Admin locks can be tricky.

 

What model of printer?

I don't work for HP....I just repair their printers.
