HP DesignJet T650 24-in Printer

I am a software developer trying to make direct hp-rtl printing work against our new HP DesignJet T650 printer. The code has worked worked in the past with earlier versions of windows and print drivers.

The printer is connected on a network port.

Printing from Linux is working (prints rtl content and the paper is cut at the end of the printing.

Printing from windows was initially printing nothing and getting stuck on the local print queue. I found references that stated that the pDataType passed to the StartDocPrinter needed to change from "RAW" to "XPS_PASS" for V4 print drivers. After this change the image is printed but the paper advances to the end of the roll and no cut is made.

I can print the raw rtl content using the "HP Click" utility and it all works find. I just need to know how to achieve the same results as "HP Click" on my software which is current using the  OpenPrinter, StartDocPrinter, StartPagePrinter, WritePrinter, ... code sequence.
