They close the forum in spanish, they force us to the forum in english, they want us to translate everything into english regardless of whether we speak it or not, but you are not able to do the same for us.

From google translate:
I have a DesingJet T250 and a paper jam appears and I open the access window to the printing area, but there is no paper anywhere. I already removed the roll, opened the window, cleaned and I don't see any residue anywhere (I didn't have any type of jam before either), but it still indicates the error and does not allow use.
Power off the device and start it. If the error appears on startup then likely you have either a bad or stuck sensor and most likely it will be the OOPS (out of paper sensor). this sensor is located in the paper path near the right side (when facing the printer). It is right in the paper path so you pretty much need to remove the single sheet feeder (if applicable) or simply look from the back. There is a flag that should be sticking up when there is no paper in the path. If that flag missing or stuck that is your problem. If the flag is there the sensor might be bad.
