Hi everyone, please anyone who can help.
There used to be more options for papersizes ("C Landscape" papersize was what I used but ever since updating windows, "C Landscape" no long shows as a paper size option.)
I am printing from AutoCad to 22" wide paper roll, and want to use the full width of the roll for my print, but when I go back and forth between landscape and portrait, the designjet either uses half the papers width to print, or it doesn't print the left (1.5 inches or so) of what is on my AutoCad drawing.
I was messing with getting "C" papersize to work. It's set to "fit to the page", but I am still getting this issue and find myself having to draw in the rest of the print by hand. It needs to be fixed, let me know if there is anything I can try or should take pictures of to send you to speed up the troubleshooting.
Thank you in advance,
Rick

Make sure that Windows did not replace the driver with a Microsoft driver during the update.
