Product: HP Latex 700 Printer

Hello, I'm having issues with banner.  I'm trying to print a green panel on adhesive backed vinyl that is 48" wide by 98" long.  I have cleaned the printheads, performed the advance calibration and made adjustments, performed all diagnostics and I'm still getting the error.  I am also printing on 12 pass.  The print appears to be fine closest to the control panel side so the right side of the print when facing the printer.  But as it prints across I start to get horizontal banding at about 24-30 inches and it continues throughout the print.  Not sure what else to try.
