HP DesignJet 800
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Our office just revived a 15 year-old HP DesignJet 800. It seems to print fine aside than some banding. I went through the troubleshooting procedure and posting images of the results and a print sample after that and it's still there. Any advice or suggestions?

I did print at best quality but unsure about the paper advance calibration so I will look into it.

Thank you for this info.

Have you performed the paper advance calibration?  Are you printing in quality mode or draft mode? Makes a huge difference.
