Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i've been disappointed with HPs Large Format Printer sites.  I've requested samples from printers as the web site says is available, but when i fill out the request page, i get error messages of an error that does not exist.  So no samples sent to me.

Problem Description: unable to register and order the samples.

 

The possible cause could be: Location

 

Corrective Action:

 

1. Offer only available in the United States and Canada.
2. Based on your location, please contact HP support on toll free number for the support required.
