HP Latex 365 Printer

I have an hp Latex 365 printer and it will not print any black ink.

For context, the printer has been idle for about two months. During the last month or so, the building it is in has been allowed to drop to about 55F. Not sure if that has affecting the ink/ ink system. But, the Light Cyan nozzle started to print intermittently. I cleaned the printheads several times and the issue got better, but never completely. I installed a new Light Cyan/Light Magenta printhead and that did fix the problem. But, now the black will not print at all. The other colors seem to be fine. I pulled the black printheads and cleaned the contacts. There was also sum "gunk" near the bottom of both printheads whic I cleaned off. I also replaced the Black ink cartridge. Still no black printing.

Every time I try to print anything (including the Printhead Status Plot), I get a message saying there is a problem with image quality and that I should print the Printhead Status Plot. But, the printer indicates that every printhead is "OK". Any ideas on how to fix this?
