Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello, our HP Designjet T120 suddenly has a blue screen with B34F0068 at startup. It does not proceed to do anything beyond showing this code. I have researched and can't find much on this code. Does anyone have any ideas what the problem might be?

The Blue Screen error code B34F0068 on the HP DesignJet T120 could be a firmware authentication failure caused by a faulty encrypted chip on the printer’s mainboard. To isolate the issue and share the accurate steps I would request you to please share me the error displayed.
