Hp Designjet T230 Plotter Printer Displays the following error with Blue Screen:
Error Code: B836D5B8
- The error occurred after sending a custom size image to the printer.
- Perform a power cycle off because the screen did not response to touch.
- Once the printer rebooted, the message appeared again; it was trying to print the same image that was stuck the print queue.
- Cleared the printer queue then power cycled the printer again, the error disappeared.
Has anyone seen this error code? I cannot find any answers online.

Blue screen errors are referred to as assert errors and often linked to failures in hardware (not likely in this case as it does restart) or print job information that is not compatible with the hardware or not understood.
