HP DesignJet T210 24-in Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm am so disapointed in my new HP DesignJet T210 Plotter. I can only wonder if anyone has come across the issues where an HP printer start printing with gaps of missing text and graphics, leaving strips of emtpty space all the way accross the print out? I have a brand-new HP plotter, but I’m told printers and plotters are pretty much the same thing. One just prints on larger paper. Anyway, I am so disappointed with the quality of my HP DesignJet T210. I bought it to print floor plans. While my new plotter did work great for a few months but the ink that came in the box, ran out quickly only allowing me to print a few sets of plans. This is really when the issues started, after ordering a replacing cartridge of black ink which was a genuine Hp cartridge. The printer wouldn't print black ink anymore, unfortunately the cartridge was defective. After getting a new one had to get clean up the printer heads. I used the built in software to clean the heads. I finally got the Black ink flowing again but now the print heads will not align successfully. I’m assuming this is the reason why my plotter is printing with gaps leaving my printout looking like it was in a shredder that only removed the ink and does not actually shred the paper.  I’ve tried what seem like almost everything to fix this. But still can’t seem to get my plotter to print properly. At this point I'm sad to say that I'm really feeling like HP sold me a big piece of junk, that cost me a lot of hard earned money.

Any and all suggestion for how to diagnose and fix this issue are grealty appriciated.
