Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have been trying to install my DesignJet T630 24" for almost a week now. It's not like I've never installed a printer before, but this one is killing me. I tried to set it up with wifi, but gave up, and it's now in a usb port. It took me 4 days, but I finally got it to print a test page on a single sheet. Now, I just want it to print on the roll feed, but some places tells me it doesn't exist, some tell me its there, but I just can't get it to print! The first time I asked, it went off and did something, then, instead of printing the 20" x 16" picture I wanted, it cut off about 6" of paper, and spat it out. Second try, same result. What am I doing wrong?

p.s. It's not new, but it belonged to a friend, and I've seen it work.
