Product: Office Jet 6960

I am trying to mobile print from my laptop to my 6960 printer. When I select "print" on anything online the printer window comes up just as always but the image shown on the right is HUGE and has cut off 1/2 of the document and I cannot reduce the size of it in any of the drop downs. PLEASE help
