Hi, my printer is showing Cartridge problem on the colour cartridge. I have followed the steps provided on another post but this has not rectified the problem. Are you able to send me a new colour cartridge so this can be replaced. I am hoping this is what the problem is.

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing a cartridge problem with your HP DeskJet 2630. Let's try a few steps to resolve this issue before considering a replacement:
Check Cartridge Compatibility
- Ensure you're using HP 304 Tri-color Ink Cartridge (Standard or XL). Which cartridges work with my HP printer? | HP® Support
- Counterfeit or refilled cartridges may cause errors.
- Check compatible cartridges here - HP anti-counterfeit | HP® Official Site
Power Reset the Printer
- Turn on the printer.
- Disconnect the power cord while the printer is on.
- Unplug from the wall outlet.
- Wait 60 seconds.
- Plug it back in and turn on the printer.
Clean Cartridge Contacts
- Open the cartridge access door.
- Remove the color cartridge.
- Gently clean the copper contacts on the cartridge and inside the printer using a lint-free cloth slightly dampened with distilled water.
- Let it dry and reinsert the cartridge.
Update Printer Firmware
- Outdated firmware can cause cartridge recognition issues.
- Download the latest firmware from the HP Software & Driver page
Try a Different Cartridge
- If available, try a new or known-working HP cartridge to confirm if the issue is with the cartridge or the printer.
