To change the email address, please go to https://myaccount.id.hp.com/security. Enter your email address, then click Apply Changes. You will receive an e-mail in the e-mail box linked to the account to confirm your account.
If with the current web browser it does not work, please try with another browser Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome.
Because with the internet browser Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome I can change the email address of my HP account.
The effective update of the new email address of your HP account will be done within 24 to 48 hours.
