Product: HP Design Jet 5000 and 800

I am donating my old plotters, an HP Design Jet 5000 and an HP Design Jet 800.  I need to clear the memory on both of them before I donate them.  How do I do that?

If I am not mistaken , there are no personal infos on the printers, except printers' own firmwares. yes, they contain

printer informations, errors etc etc.

 

You can go to factory service mode  & reset to factory setting.

 

I forgot exceptly off my mind, see the following :
