Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I am sending a file to my HP LATEX 365 of lettering that is 44in by 21in and all red no color variation.  It starts out printing the red that we designed it but about 3 inches into the print the red changes to a different shade.  3-4 inches after that it will go back to the red we designed it to be but the color changes back again in another 3-4 inches to the same "other" red shade.  We have talked to support through GRIMCO and through Flexi both say the problem cannot be found it must be the printer.  What could cause this issue?
