Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP (64-bit)

Hello.

My company owns scanner and plotter connected together  via USB cable. Both devices are connected to our network separately. Scanner is DesignJet T1100mfp and plotter is DesignJet T1100PS.

In near future we would like to replace our current plotter with newer one but we would like to continue using our current scanner (with controller).

We have contacted official HP service center for our country and their response was that they dont know the answer and that is should be tested first. Now for us to test it, we would have to buy new plotter first, then test it, which is obviously not an option.

So my question is where can I find list of compatible devices for this scanner so that we could get best price/performance ration regarding compatibility ?  Is DesigjJet T1300 compatible with this particular scanner. Or can someone suggest better solution.

Hi,

 

You can connect the T1300 on a T1100 scanner.

 

You have to update the software of your scanner first.

You can connect the T1300 on a T1100 scanner.

 

You have to update the software of your scanner first.
