Hi,
we recently changed an office PC to Windows 10 and set up the T520 printer on it (network). On the old PC we had no issues setting up a custom paper size, of any size.
However, on the new PC for some reason, it won't let me go any higher than 431.80mm in width and 914.40mm in lenght (see screenshot). The printer however is capable of printing up to 600mm in width (we've done this lots of times) and, I assume, "infinitely" in lenght as long as the roll has paper?
The driver were using is: HP Universal Printing PCL 6. Any tips on what to do?

Hi,
Download your printer specific driver, HP Universal Print Driver is universal and generic, as its name, and it is really not meant for this level of Designjet plotters capabilities but for standard sizes officejet or laser pritners
HP Universal Print Driver (UPD) supported printers
You may download its Full Feature Software below:
You may also download and install a print driver only:

Thank you for the suggestion.
The primary driver from HPs website has already been tested (naturally we downloaded this when first installing the printer). The settings when using this driver (T520 24in V4) are even more limited. When using this there is no option to make custom paper size, only pre-selected ones. I attached an image with the options I have using this driver.

FIXED.
I went to the advanced driver settings, picked "New Driver..." and choose from the list of HP-drivers. There was a 2021 V4 driver. Now the print settings look much more advanced, and I was able to create a custom size without limit. 🙂
