So far I have been able to help each one of our customers that have called with the issue, but I didn't randomly try each one, I made sure to match the proper patch for each W10 system and version. Now taht you have poaded several patches I recomend you get an IT guy out to your place to untangle the issue and start over fresh.

I have the latest version of windows 10 x64 and it still works. I am using a network card connected to a powerline .. but still it does work fine...
Windows can detect the printer on it's IP and all runs smoothly ..
