Product: HP DesignJet T230 24-in Printer
Operating System: Other
My HP DesignJet T230 shows a bluescreen ERROR "D000DEAD" after pushing the powerbutton!!!
I use a Macbook Pro M1 MacOS X 14.6.1 and never had a single issue since I bought this printer in the end of 2021. It grew up with all the MacOS´s back then...
By pushing the powerbutton I could get two other bluescreen ERRORS "D9114E90" and "D91D5F30".
Mac cannot find the printer anymore. Connecting it via USB or LAN is useless too. I cannot find a hard reset button.
Why is there no help from HP?
Is this a planned obsolescence?
Thanks!
