Product: HP DesignJet 500ps Plus 42-in Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Does anyone know how I can use the "Desginjet 500ps plus 42" under Windows 10.

I have tried 4 different Windows 10 clients (1703,21H2,...).

All machines report this error:

Operation could not be completed (error 0x000000cb). The system could not find the environment option that was entered.

 

Windows 7 works fine.

HP Instant Printing 3 on Windows 10 21H2 works fine.

Connection type is ethernet. I tried USB with the same result.

Hello everyone,the problem could be solved today.
I used a different printer driver.

 

hpdj510wx64glen.exe

On the HP page I found only version 7.10.

It is noticeable that the dialogs are not translated into my system language.
