HP DesignJet Z9+ 44-in PostScript Printer

Boot fails with "system error 0001-0003-0001. Have extracted the diagnostic package to a USB drive but am unable to read it. Its a "TRB" file extension. It's networked via LAN connection and I verified that the LAN connection is good but I can not access the embedded web server via https://printer IP address/hp/device/support/serviceSupport. Also I noticed on the back of the unit about 4 inches above the LAN connection are 3 orange LED's on solid.

Hi @Skyvokk

The diagnostics package can be read only by HP higher support level engineers.

The error 0001-0003-0001 is related to the internal formatter which along with the JDI PCA have to be replace.

I suggest you if the printer is under warranty contacting HP but if not then contacting a service provider in your area.
