Product: HP DesignJet T120 24-in Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I have a DesignJet T120 Printer for many years, it working perfectly before an update in black ink cartridge from 711 to 711B, as I insert it, it show an error The Following cartridges are not intended for use in this printer. I have already done a  firmware update, but the problem remain same. Please Help
