DesignJet T120

We have a user that has a DesignJet T120 printing to a roll of paper. When printing, it would print maybe a few inches of the image before it cancel and unrolls the paper. Any ideas what could cause this?

This is happening on all Pcs connected to this printer so it not a driver issue.

Firmware is the last one offered for this printer. It has also been reset to factory default with no success.

Could be a defective OOPS sensor. Find the service manual online for the printer and run the diagnostic tests to confirm. Part is pretty easy to replace.
