I have received a message on my t230 24 in printer saying "The print head was not aligned successfully" and to "reach out to hp support". What do I do???

If the printhead had clogged elements it would not allow the alignment to complete successfully. Print the printhead check and confirm you have full print and if not, run a printhead cleaning and then try to align again.

Thanks "Repairtrooper"
.
I did 6-7 printhead cleaning cycles before trying to allign printhead.
After all theese cleaning cycles, black was still not 100% (it was ca.99,9%), but good enough for me to start a 9 page drawing print.
This is when I decided to post my question on this forum.
Later I went back and tried to allign printhead again. Completed without issues
My conclution is, as yours, clogged elements. And that the 9 page print remowed theese.
