On my DesignJet T2300 PS, I installed three new printers with different drivers for GL2, PS3, and PCL3 but no matter what I print I get this error.. 61:01 Wrong file format. The printer cannot process the job.
I have confirmed that the firmware is correct and if I reboot the Windows 11 desktop (same drivers as windows 2016) and the plotter, I can print one or two pages and then that error comes up no matter what printer I use.
I have found several other community threads but they are all for another model, are over a decade old, or say to download the latest PCL driver. I have the latest driver (windows 11 and 2016 have the same drivers too), the firmware is up to date, and I have confirmed the the GUI states that the Graphics language is set to "automatic".
Any ideas where to look next for this resolution?
I have seen many other forum entries explaining this but they go back over a decade and always say download latest PCL driver, which I already have. And the PS driver should work because the plotter tag says postscript right after the 2300. I have also confirmed in the GUI that the Graphic Language is set to automatic.
