Our T520 stopped printing. There is no error on the display, and the web GUI simply says "Printer Failure" with no error codes or details. If I try to clean the printhead, it just sits at 0% indefinitely. Rebooting the printer doesn't change anything.
Most of what I find online talks about replacing the printhead, but since I don't see any specific message about that, I'm reluctant to buy the kit just to see if it fixes the issue.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
Edit to add - I have no problem buying the printhead kit, but just want to find out if this sounds like a different problem.
