HP DesignJet T630 36-in Printer
Microsoft Windows 11

Hello, we use DesignJet T630 36-in printer. After roll paper is at the end, plotter doesnt stop plotting and paper roll is jammed. We use 910mm roll. We used Designjet 510 before and there wasnt problem, plotter stopped 20-30cm before end of roll.

What can I do with it?

Thanks.

I have the same issue, I wish HP provided heavyweight paper rolls that have a 3" core and still fit in the HP Designjet T360. Having 3" core rolls would make this issue disappear.

Failure to stop at end has nothing to do with core size. Likely Oops sensor is sticking or failing. This sits in the roll path mounted on the floor of the path. Typically accessed by removing the cut sheet feeder, if equipped or the filler panel if not.

You can use 3inch core rolls with readily available spindle adapters but are limited to how large those rolls can be.
