Hi, I setup a DesignJet Z6200ps 60in Photo [16923F] printer to the Printer Server on the Network, however, the printer shows Offline, instead of Ready or Online. I've updated the firmware, as well as adding the right driver. The printer is communicating on the network, because the Ethernet cable shows light and I can ping the printer. Also I was able to access the printer with the IP address assigned to it. Could anyone please help in pointing me to the right troubleshooting steps? Thanks.

Check and confirm what type of port is assigned to the printer driver. This type of communication issue is often caused by a printer driver being assigned a WSD port instead of a standard TCP/IP port. WSD ports are notorious for not updating printer status after an error or offline condition.
