Designjet T120
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The Designjet T120 printer(Win 10-64) had stopped printing last summer. I have been troubleshooting. Uninstalled, reinstalled, updated firmware.

Now, it looks like it should print. It is on our network and recognized by the Designjet Utility and Windows. Printer installer.

If I try to print a test page during  install or from the Windows printer properties

  • it says the page was sent,
  • I can see the page flash through the Windows printer status window.
  • BUT nothing comes out of the printer.

Designjet Printer Experience recognizes, insists on T120 V4 driver but then still cant display Ink levels or other information.

It does connect with the printers web interface

Hello @EdAmgeek

I would like to know if you installed the whole software from HP site or just manually added the driver, I also need you to make sure that you are not using the Windows embedded driver because it causes a lot of issue.

By any chance are you getting any message in the printer screen when you see that the test page in the status window?

How is the printer connected to your network, wireless or wired?

Thank you.
